This policy explains what information ElyBlack collects through this website, why, and what you can do about it.

Who we are

ElyBlack is a project management firm. For anything related to your information, write to contact@elyblack.com.

What we collect

We collect the information you choose to send us:

• Through the contact form: your full name, work email, company name and message and, if you provide it, your company website.
• By email or WhatsApp: whatever you include in your message.

If you accept optional analytics, we also collect aggregate website-use information such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser details, referring source, outbound contact-link clicks and successful form submissions. Contact form field values are not sent to Google Analytics.

We don't ask for sensitive information and don't need any to respond.

Why we use it

We use inquiry information to reply and, if we work together, to discuss and manage the project. With your consent, we use aggregate analytics to understand website performance, traffic sources and contact activity. We don't sell your information or use Analytics for advertising.

Cookies and analytics

Google Analytics 4 activates only when you select “Accept” and may store cookies such as _ga to measure website use. Advertising features, personalization and Google signals remain disabled.

Accepting or rejecting does not affect access to the website. You can change your choice through “Analytics settings” in the footer. Your choice and language are stored in your browser. See Google's Privacy Policy.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiries for as long as needed to respond and manage any work that follows, and delete them when they are no longer needed. Analytics data is kept for the retention period configured in our Google Analytics property and is then deleted or aggregated.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete the information you've sent us, or to stop using it. Write to contact@elyblack.com.

Changes

If the way this site handles information changes, we'll update this page and its date.
